The Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design course prepares the students to establish a career in creating comfortable, creative, healthy and intelligently designed interior spaces. The program includes detailed study of design principles, color theory, space planning, drafting and industry standard software. It also prepares students to be experts in the field of Residential Interiors, Commercial and Institutional Interiors, Color and Lighting Design, Retail Display and Design, Systems Furniture and Exhibition Design, Furniture Design, Estimation and Costing.
Senior students do a “capstone” project which will demonstrate culminating and integrative experience of the interior design education that they have undertaken. Such projects will go through a critical review by industry experts thereby preparing students for the stringent industry requirements.
